Kapan hari sepulang sekolah, Malik, 8 tahun, tiba-tiba nggremeng sendiri sambil nyanyi-nyanyi, ngomong gini,”Ik heb seks met Liane, Ik heb seks met Liane.” What?! Langsung dong telinga ku berdiri dengernya. Waduh, anak gw mulai ngomong-ngomong soal ginian, pasti dari temen-temennya nih, mulai panik dong diriku, kuatir temen-temennya udah meracuni dia yang enggak-enggak. Aku yang ada di lantai dua sampe turun tangga dan mencoba mendengarkan lagi baik-baik takut aku salah denger. Tapi enggak tuh, Malik bener-bener ngomong gitu, dan aku tahu banget, Liane itu satu-satunya temen perempuan sekelas Aik yang dianggap temen sama Aik. Temen perempuan lainnya kata Aik bukan temen, bener-bener cuma Liane seorang. Jadi menurut Aik, temen Aik itu adalah temen laki-laki yang deket sama Aik (ada 10 orang) plus Liane, padahal ada 30 orang anak di kelas Aik.

When my beloved one, goes for a while.

Yesterday, I had a Grey day. Then, my husband sent me this quote and I was touched. It reminded me not to worry about the future and to enjoy the present time, moment to moment. I’m learning to live in the present time, moment to moment, but I never know that in fact it is just easy to say, very hard to do. My thoughts, my monkey minds, always grips me, like a tiger grasps its prey.
Pulang sekolah Malik ke dokter gigi. Aik udah bete di sekolah, bunda dateng pertanyaannya langsung gini,”Aik ga mau dicabut gigi!” katanya sambil merengut. “Ga dicabut koq Ik, kan kata dokternya cuma ditambal.”
Sepanjang jalan Aik bete, pas nunggu di ruang tunggu juga masih bete dan ketakutan kalo dicabut. Pas giliran masuk, Aik nangis. Dokternya langsung bilang,”Kenapa kamu nangis?”
